Introducing the Leadership Caffeine Podcast Series


I'm honored to have been selected by Art Petty as his first guest for his new Leadership Caffeine Podcast series.

I had shared with you in an earlier post my reluctance in getting involved in podcasts - and Art's role in talking me into it. Although the HRIQ podcast I did was the first to "air", the interview I did with Art was actually my first.

1. I'm pleased to welcome Sharlyn Lauby, the HR Bartender, as a permanent member of the new Leadership Development Roundtable. Sharlyn  will be adding her perspective to a series of monthly leadership development challenges. Other Roundtable memebers include Scott Eblin, Mary Jo Asmus, Art Petty, and Jennifer Miller.
