Free Employee Guide to Thriving in Turbulent Times

The current economic meltdown is creating a leadership challenge for our business leaders. Tough times demand great leadership, and now is the time to step up and help our employees weather the storm.

As a way to assist leaders with this challenge, I've written a thirteen page "Employee Guide to Thriving in Turbulent Times".

The guide includes an overview of change models to help employees understand the impact of change, tips for managing stress, a tool for staying productive (personal power grid), time management tips, and other general tips for dealing with change.

The guide can be used as a handout and framework for a workshop and discussion with your team, or as a resource to help team members understand and deal with change.
Note: No, you can't just send it to employees and feel better about yourself. It's just a tool, not a replacement for face to face discussion.

To get your free guide, just subscribe to this blog, either by RSS or email. You'll get a notification every time a new post is published. If you don't like it, you can unsubscribe at any time, no hard feelings.

Once you've subscribed, send me an email (see sidebar) and I'll send you your free guide in a customizable word format.
