The Editors at HR World recently published "The Top 100 Management and Leadership Blogs That All Managers Should Bookmark".
The good news: Great Leadership made the list. Here's the introduction:

The bad news:
While I'm honored to be on the list and don't want to appear ungrateful, but I'm wondering why I was listed under the "Woman" category? Maybe they thought Annie was the writer and I'm the site administrator?
I did email them them for clarification, but maybe I should just let it go. After that post, Raven Young from Raven's Brain , called out my site as one that got her attention - probably as a result of being in the "Woman" category.
